How long does shipping take? Most orders arrive within 8 business days. Some products may arrive sooner depending on your location and the item ordered. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Do you ship to all 50 states? Yes! We ship to all 50 US states.
How do I track my order? Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use that number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Can I change or cancel my order? We begin processing orders quickly, but if you need to make a change please contact us at info@playfetchnow.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes before your order is dispatched.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective? We're so sorry if that happens! Please email us at info@playfetchnow.com with your order number and a photo of the item within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or full refund.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Are your products safe for pets? Yes — every product in our store is reviewed for pet safety before being listed. We only carry items made from non-toxic, pet-safe materials. However we always recommend supervising your pet during play, especially with new toys.
Do you sell products for both dogs and cats? Absolutely! We carry a wide selection of toys and supplies for both dogs and cats, as well as products suited for multi-pet households.
