Return & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction — and your pet's happiness — is our top priority. If something isn't right with your order we're here to make it right.
Returns We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must contact us at info@playfetchnow.com with your order number before sending anything back
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or opened
- Chew toys or items that have had direct pet contact
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@playfetchnow.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
