Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and a second email with tracking information once it has shipped.
Shipping Time Most orders arrive within 8 business days after shipment. Total delivery time from order placement is typically 9–11 business days.

Tracking Your Order All orders include tracking. Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Shipping Delays Occasionally shipping may be delayed due to weather events, carrier delays, or high order volume during peak seasons (holidays, sale events). These situations are rare but outside of our control. If your order is significantly delayed please contact us and we will investigate on your behalf.
Wrong Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
